• You will coordinate and liaise with customers, other business partners and internal specialist departments
• You will also create and process dispatch and transport documents
• In doing so, you will maintain master data
• You will also enter and manage orders in the ERP system
• You will also check and process freight invoices and assist with cost control#
• Furthermore, you will liaise internally with Purchasing and Production

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have some initial professional experience
• You also have good IT skills
• You have a good command of German
