• You will record the contents of returned parcels and check them for completeness
• You will enter the relevant data on the computer and update the system with the relevant information
• You will carry out warehouse tasks such as packing, unpacking and sorting goods
• You will process and re-organise undeliverable parcels in accordance with the specified procedures
• You will document the contents of the parcels in the system and ensure that data is recorded in a traceable manner
• When sorting and allocating returns, you will ensure that they are processed correctly and carefully

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a

Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist

(m/f/d),

Wholesale and International Trade Management Specialist

(m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have relevant professional experience in the logistics or warehousing sector
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Attention to detail, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
