• You are responsible for working on the implementation of SAP in the shipping area
• You take care of transferring and checking data from the old to the new system (for example master data such as UN numbers, packaging group, shipping description)
• you compare the data and correct it in the new system (SAP) and adapt packaging texts
• you create the standardised templates for dangerous goods
• you check notes in the system and improve them so that they can be used well in everyday life
• you align the shipping processes with other locations in Germany

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally you have professional experience in international shipping (truck, air, ship)
• you also have basic knowledge of customs law and knowledge of handling dangerous goods
• you are confident in using MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• you are willing to work in a 2-shift system
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
