• You will receive goods, check them for completeness and quality and store them correctly
• You will take care of picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• You will also maintain the stocks in SAP, record goods movements and keep data up to date
• You will carry out inventories, book material movements and report deviations
• coordinate internal transport and optimise warehouse processes
• enter warehouse data in SAP, create and document key figures
• are responsible for compliance with safety and environmental standards and checking goods for damage
• work closely with Purchasing, Production and Sales and support new colleagues:inside

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification or have undertaken further training
• Experience with warehouse management systems would be an advantage
• You are familiar with logistical tasks and processes
• Furthermore, you have SAP skills (MM or EWM), ideally also SAP/S4Hana skills,
• you are naturally confident using IT systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
• you also have a good command of spoken German
