• You will be responsible for the systematic recording and prompt processing of all stock transactions within the internal logistics processes to ensure transparent stock levels
• You will also be responsible for the professional coordination and operational handling of all incoming and outgoing goods flows in day-to-day business
• Furthermore, you will oversee the accurate preparation of stock adjustments and the error-free verification of all relevant booking documents in the system
• Careful quality checks on delivered components are also part of your duties when carrying out spot checks
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing maintenance of all basic logistics data to ensure a smooth supply of materials at the site
• Furthermore, you will support the operational team in documenting key performance indicators in the SAP/S4 ERP system
• Finally, you will be responsible for close coordination with the relevant departments and for contributing to process optimisation

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have sound professional experience in materials management, warehouse logistics and goods handling
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of SAP/S4 and standard MS Office applications
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication within the team
• You also demonstrate a high degree of initiative, reliability and an understanding of quality-conscious logistics processes
• Furthermore, you are a true team player and always work independently, in a well-organised, goal-oriented and conscientious manner
