• You carry out administrative tasks reliably
• You are in direct contact with our customers by telephone
• You carefully update prices in the ERP system
• You will also issue invoices independently
• You will issue credit notes as required
• You will check incoming goods invoices conscientiously

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of logistics
• You are proficient in using Office applications and an ERP system
• Good written and spoken German is a given for you
• You enjoy working with numbers
• You enjoy communicating with customers over the phone
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
