• You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations within the cost centre
• You will also act as the point of contact for all logistical matters
• You will organise efficient workflows and allocate staff
• Furthermore, you will monitor and manage the flow of materials
• You will analyse disruptions and weaknesses and implement appropriate improvement measures
• You will also conduct training sessions, briefings and shop floor meetings
• You will coordinate, manage and track orders and delivery dates
• In doing so, you clarify posting processes in the warehouse management system (WMS) and SAP, and make corrections in the event of stock discrepancies
• You handle complaints as well as internal and external queries
• Ensuring the smooth receipt of goods, storage and preparation for dispatch are part of your remit
• You will also pack spare parts shipments professionally, including special packaging

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years’ professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics
• Your profile includes SAP user skills and experience in working with warehouse management systems
• You have a business-fluent command of German
• You also have a basic knowledge of spoken and written English
• An impeccable reputation and no criminal record are essential requirements under Air Cargo Security regulations
• You are characterised by a strong understanding of processes and the ability to grasp logistical workflows holistically
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
