Your responsibilities

• In your role, you’ll be responsible for processing, checking and labelling materials in accordance with work orders
• Your duties will include organising and carrying out warehousing, transport and loading activities using a crane (including load securing, subject to appropriate qualifications)
• You will ensure a smooth flow of materials and report or document any disruptions or deviations
• You will operate the warehouse management system and create and maintain the necessary work and loading documentation
• You will also be responsible for operating, setting up and monitoring machinery (saws), equipment (high-bay racking systems) and technical installations (hoisting equipment) in the finished goods warehouse

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), machinery and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable technical trade qualification
• Ideally, you will have some initial professional experience in the warehousing sector
• A technical understanding and confidence in operating machinery and plant are a given for you
• Ideally, you will have experience of working with warehouse management systems
• A crane operator’s licence would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are also willing to work in a 2- and 3-shift system
• An independent, reliable and meticulous approach to work, as well as the ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality, round off your profile
