• As the central interface between planning, workshop and documentation, you ensure a smooth flow of information
• You control spare parts management in close coordination with the workshop network, to consistently reduce downtimes
• with your eye for detail, you check the workshop documentation and ensure high database quality
• by consistently adhering to internal specifications and supplier standards, you ensure stable processes
• you process technical enquiries independently and find suitable solutions
• in complaints management, you analyse the causes, follow up on measures and keep all stakeholders informed
• you keep an eye on production planning based on defined KPIs and regularly coordinate with the workshops
• you are responsible for stock levels, inventory and data reliability and plan, optimise and track transports
• with your commitment you drive the continuous improvement of processes and make deviations transparent

• You have completed training in the field of logistics, ideally related to rail transport, and have relevant professional experience
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
• Your working style is structured, reliable and meticulous
