• You process all sales orders for materials and services within the group
• You create and process invoices, credit notes and cancellations
• You check data relevant to invoicing for completeness and plausibility
• You reliably ensure that invoicing is carried out on time
• You will respond competently to customer enquiries regarding invoicing
• You will have full responsibility for the Ecovium–SAP interface
• You will conscientiously check incoming freight invoices

• You have completed a recognised vocational training programme or hold a qualification as a business administrator (m/f/d) or specialist in business administration (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of transport and freight forwarding and/or of accounting or management accounting
• You have a good command of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office
• Assertiveness and good communication skills are among your strengths
• You have a strong aptitude for numbers
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner in your day-to-day work
• The ability to work well in a team rounds off your profile
