Your responsibilities

• You will operate and monitor hydraulic and mechanical presses for the manufacture of aerospace components
• You will set up machines and configure them in accordance with work instructions and technical drawings
• You’ll play an active role in the maintenance and upkeep of the machines
• You’ll carry out quality control of the manufactured parts, such as dimensional accuracy and surface inspection, independently
• You’ll document the production processes carefully and in a traceable manner
• You will comply with the applicable safety regulations throughout the entire production process
• You identify faults in the machines at an early stage and report them
• You ensure the smooth running of the ongoing production process and adjust machine parameters as required

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a bodywork technician (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or press operator (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in operating presses and reading technical drawings
• You also have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a technical understanding of machine processes
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You work independently and meticulously
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
