• You will set up and operate machinery and equipment used in manual assembly
• You will investigate and resolve any faults that arise
• You will ensure efficient production processes
• You assign staff to their respective workstations
• You analyse existing processes and, based on this, suggest ways to improve them
• You carry out shift handover procedures
• You report to the assembly manager
• You monitor rework
• You make semi-finished products available at the workstations
• You carry out and monitor the specified quality controls
• You check compliance with safety measures

• a recognised vocational qualification as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), maintenance mechanic (m/f/d) or a similar qualification, and
• you have gained several years’ experience in the field of assembly
• you are confident in operating industrial trucks and hold a forklift licence
• you are confident in using measuring and testing equipment
• you have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• you are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• You have good manual dexterity and a sound understanding of technical matters
• You are a team player and work independently with a focus on quality
• You are committed and flexible
