• You will operate slitting and cross-cutting lines and monitor the ongoing production process
• You will cut aluminium sheets and coils to the required dimensions in accordance with orders and specifications
• Before production begins, you set up the machine and make the necessary adjustments
• During production, you check the dimensions and surface quality of the material and adjust the machine settings in the event of deviations
• You load and change coils and materials, and prepare them for processing
• You carry out regular maintenance and cleaning work on the machinery
• You carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting on the machines independently
• You carefully document production data, test results and the work carried out
• You ensure health and safety and maintain order in your workplace at all times

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in operating and setting up slitting and cross-cutting lines or comparable metalworking machinery
• You have a good technical understanding and can confidently adjust machine settings
• You are confident in carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on plant independently
• You document production and test data conscientiously
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
• You work meticulously and have a keen eye for dimensions and surface quality
• You are characterised by reliability and a sense of responsibility when handling machinery and materials
