• You start up and shut down extruders and ensure a stable production process
• You enter formulations into the plant control system in accordance with specifications
• You continuously monitor the extrusion process, checking the relevant process parameters
• You carefully document process data and production results, including in the ERP system
• You will contribute to process optimisation with your observations and suggestions for improvement
• You will carry out filling and handling tasks involving raw materials and finished goods
• You regularly clean machines and areas of the plant and keep your workstation tidy
• In the event of malfunctions, you analyse the cause and either rectify it or initiate appropriate measures
• You assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of the plant
• You check product quality during the production process, whilst adhering to quality and safety standards

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in operating production plant, preferably in extrusion
• You have IT skills (MS Office, ERP system)
• your technical and practical understanding is a strong point
• Basic spoken and written German
