Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you operate the galvanising plant and ensure it runs smoothly
• you continuously monitor the machinery and intervene in the event of any deviations
• You ensure the pipes are synchronised as they enter the galvanising plant
• You connect and disconnect the galvanised pipes using pliers
• You clean the pipes in emulsion
• You will carry out quality checks independently and document the results
• You will carry out minor maintenance work on the plant independently

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, as a career changer (m/f/d), you have several years’ professional experience in machine operation
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work a three-shift rota
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
