• You will set up cold-forming presses as well as automatic turning and milling machines with PLC and CNC controls, and reconfigure them when there is a change in order
• You will operate and monitor the ongoing production process on the machines and systems
• You manufacture drill blanks to the required quality standards in accordance with technical drawings
• You identify faults and deviations in the process at an early stage and either rectify them or report them to the relevant departments
• You supply the machines with materials and tools and dispose of waste and swarf in the correct manner
• You regularly check tools and settings and adjust them as required
• Using measuring and testing equipment, you inspect the manufactured parts and ensure dimensional accuracy
• You carefully document test results and production data
• You keep your work area clean and carry out simple maintenance and upkeep tasks on the machines

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), a toolmaker (m/f/d) or a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of metalworking; as a career starter (m/f/d), you are also very welcome
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them accurately in production
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You impress with your enjoyment of working independently and your creativity
• You are characterised by a meticulous and reliable approach to your work
