• Through the day-to-day operation and loading of modern woodworking machinery, you will reliably manage the entire manufacturing process at the plant
• Before each new production run, you will always set up and adjust the large planing machines independently and meticulously
• Through regular and precise quality checks on finished timber components, you ensure the company’s high quality standards are maintained at all times
• During ongoing production, you monitor the manufacturing processes and independently resolve any minor machine malfunctions that arise
• To ensure a smooth flow of materials, you conscientiously pre-sort the required raw timber and keep your workstation tidy
• As part of your daily machine maintenance, you carefully clean the equipment and document all key production figures

• a successfully completed vocational qualification as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), woodworking mechanic (m/f/d) or joiner (m/f/d)
• you have solid initial experience in the practical operation and set-up of modern woodworking machinery
• You are fully willing to work in a regular two-shift system, from early to late shifts, without any issues
• You have a good command of written and spoken German at B2 level and your own means of transport
• You are characterised by a high degree of reliability, a strong team spirit and a consistently meticulous approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
