• You will operate and monitor the machinery during the ongoing production process
• You will ensure a trouble-free, continuous production process
• You will monitor production parameters such as speed, moisture and material feed
• You feed material in and out and load the plant
• You check product quality during the manufacturing process
• You document production data such as shift logs and machine running times
• You optimise machine settings to increase efficiency and minimise waste
• During shift handover, you communicate with colleagues and line managers
• You work together with Quality Assurance or the laboratory on product testing
• You operate control and management systems, e.g. PLCs or process control systems
• You provide support during maintenance, servicing and cleaning work, as well as when rectifying faults
• You consistently comply with environmental and health and safety regulations

• Ideally, you’ll have some initial experience in production; if you’ve even worked as a machine operator or plant operator before, that’ll be a real plus for us
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You’re open to working a 5-shift rota and can adapt flexibly to changing working hours
