• You will operate a conventional machine in high-volume production and ensure that the production process runs smoothly
• Before production begins, and as required, you will set up the machine and adjust it in accordance with specifications
• You identify faults on the machine at an early stage and rectify them independently
• During production, you carry out spot checks on the manufactured parts and check their dimensional accuracy
• You document the results of the spot checks carefully and in a traceable manner
• You change tools and equipment when they show signs of wear or during changeovers, and monitor their condition
• You supply the machine with materials and remove finished parts for the next stage of the process
• In the event of deviations from quality specifications, you initiate corrective measures and report any anomalies to the shift supervisor
• You keep your workstation tidy and clean and comply with the applicable health and safety and quality regulations
• You carry out your duties as part of a three-shift system

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), cutting-process mechanic (m/f/d) or process mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have a good understanding of technical matters
• You have experience in operating and adjusting machinery, ideally in high-volume production
• You can identify faults on the machine and rectify them independently
• You work meticulously and reliably document spot checks
• You are available to work shifts in a 3-shift system
• You approach your tasks in a reliable and responsible manner
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
