• You will work according to the tool list and be responsible for preparation and assembly work in the vertical assembly area
• You will carry out preventive maintenance checks on G24 and G25 machines
• You will operate and set up machine groups such as the Flow Mach 3 4020b waterjet cutting system, the Trumpf TruLaser 1030 (CO₂) laser, the Weber TT1350 deburring machine and the Arku Flat Master 55 straightening machine
• You will independently carry out the set-up, adjustment and programme customisation on the aforementioned machines
• You will manufacture parts independently based on drawings and work plans
• You will deburr and finish the manufactured parts in accordance with
• You will carry out quality checks independently as part of the worker self-inspection process, following instructions
• You will carry out inspections in accordance with the specified work plan
• You will operate the Coscom machine data acquisition system reliably

• You ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace and comply with all safety regulations
• You carry out regular maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule and document it carefully

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a metalworker (m/f/d)
• You have excellent manual skills
• You are confident in handling technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You are willing to work 1- and 2-shift patterns
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
• A high degree of flexibility and drive round off your profile
