• You will operate modern needle-felting machines and control the ongoing production process
• You will load the machines with fibres in accordance with best practice, thereby ensuring a smooth flow of materials
• You set up the machines in accordance with specifications and monitor the process parameters during production
• Throughout the entire process, you check the quality of the products and identify any deviations at an early stage
• In the event of malfunctions or anomalies on the plant, you will take initial action and report problems to the relevant departments
• Where necessary, you will transport pallets between the warehouse and production using a front-loading forklift
• You secure finished goods using the appropriate load-securing methods
• You record material movements and production data using a scanner and the ERP system
• At the end of your shift, you keep your work area clean and tidy and carry out simple cleaning and maintenance tasks on the machinery

• Having completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or plant and machinery operator (m/f/d) would be an advantage for you
• Production experience or experience as a machine operator (m/f/d) is essential
• You hold a valid forklift licence and can safely handle pallets using a front-loading forklift
• Basic practical knowledge of load securing would be an advantage
• You have a command of German at least at B2 level
• Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems and scanners
• You work meticulously and with a focus on quality, and identify discrepancies at an early stage
• You handle machinery and equipment in a reliable and responsible manner
• A valid work permit is required
