• You will support and monitor ERTP projects, map and analyse business processes, develop optimisation proposals and document workflows in the CSB ERP software
• You will support users on-site and remotely across various locations with all ITissues
• You will manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange Server, including using GPO and PowerShell
• You will carefully create guides and documentation for all IT areas

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d)
• Several years’ experience in industrial maintenance is desirable
• You are experienced in working with production plant
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You are willing to work three-shift rotas
