• You set up production machinery and equipment and operate them safely and independently
• During operation, you monitor production processes and intervene promptly in the event of any deviations
• You top up materials and consumables and keep track of stock levels
• You carry out regular quality checks on the manufactured parts and inspect them against the specifications
• If faults occur, you identify them, report them to the relevant department or rectify them as far as you are able
• You carefully document production data and test results
• As required, you apply your expertise to various machines and switch flexibly between the production lines
• In doing so, you comply with the applicable safety and quality regulations and maintain order at your workstation

• Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or process mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• You have an interest in technology and are highly motivated
• You are willing to work a 3-shift system (shift availability)
• You work meticulously and reliably, including when carrying out quality control and documenting production data
• You adapt flexibly to different machines and plant
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit is required
