• You will be responsible for setting up the automatic punching machines and presses, loading them and adjusting them precisely for new production runs
• You will control and monitor the entire punching process and continuously adjust the machinery in the event of dimensional deviations
• You will continuously inspect the manufactured punched parts using standard measuring equipment in accordance with technical drawings
• You will independently identify, localise and rectify faults in the production process to prevent downtime

• Ideally, you will have completed technical training, e.g. as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d)
• You can demonstrate proven experience in metalworking, in particular the essential knowledge required for setting up punching tools
• You are confident in handling technical drawings as well as standard measuring and testing equipment for quality control
• You also have a good command of written and spoken German
• Furthermore, you are willing to work shifts
• You work reliably and in a structured manner as part of a team
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
