• You will independently set up, operate and monitor modern injection moulding machines and gel coating systems
• You will ensure a smooth production process within the rolling Conti shift system
• You will carry out regular quality checks, document the results and maintain high quality standards
• You will resolve minor faults independently and carry out cleaning and maintenance work on the assigned equipment
• You will supply the machines with raw materials and production materials

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d), a plastics and rubber technology specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• solid professional experience in operating injection moulding machines and/or gel casting systems is an advantage
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts, at weekends and on public holidays
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a precise, safety-conscious approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
