• You set up and reconfigure machines in accordance with specifications
• You assemble and adjust tools to ensure tolerances are met
• You carry out test runs and inspect initial samples prior to the start of series production
• You carefully check dimensions, functions and surfaces
• You identify faults and rectify malfunctions on machinery
• You document settings and test results
• You work closely with Production, quality assurance and maintenance
• You train operators, always observing health and safety regulations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have some initial practical experience as a set-up operator (m/f/d) or in a similar role
• You are also confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• You have a basic command of spoken and written German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
