• You prepare the film production line for production and reconfigure it according to each order
• For each order, you ensure the correct use of raw materials and consumables
• You operate and monitor ongoing production independently at the production line
• You continuously monitor ongoing orders and ensure that the films produced meet the required quality standards
• In the event of deviations or malfunctions, you identify the cause and either rectify it or report it to the relevant departments
• You consistently comply with all production regulations as well as safety and quality requirements

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology

 (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have professional experience in the film industry, ideally as a plant operator (m/f/d)
• you are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key strength of yours
• you demonstrate a willingness to work in a 3–5-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
