• You will process production orders in accordance with specifications, ensuring that deadlines, quantities and quality standards are met
• You will operate and supervise punch-bending, CNC coiling and CNC wire-bending machines during the manufacture of technical springs and punch-bent parts
• You monitor the processes on the machines assigned to you and intervene in the event of any anomalies
• In accordance with the inspection plan, you regularly check the manufactured parts and document the results as an operator’s self-inspection in inspection reports within the CAQ system
• In the event of deviations, you will liaise with the set-up operator and implement any necessary corrections in collaboration with them
• You will carry out subsequent processes, such as shot blasting and tempering of the items, independently
• You label the finished goods and transport them within the premises to the designated locations
• In accordance with instructions, you maintain the machines and ensure your workstation is tidy and clean

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-process mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in this field
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
