• You will support the team in various roles within paper processing
• You will operate complex processing and packaging systems and manage them independently
• You’ll play an active role in production and ensure everything runs smoothly
• In the event of malfunctions or changeovers, you’ll lend a hand and support your colleagues in the team
• You’ll monitor the running machinery and check product quality during processing
• You reliably ensure the supply and replenishment of materials to the machinery
• You carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machinery independently
• You carefully document production and machinery data
• You switch flexibly between different machines and areas of responsibility as required
• Whilst adhering to safety and quality standards, you consistently ensure safe working procedures

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or in a comparable technical profession
• You are confident in operating and managing complex processing and packaging systems
• You have a strong awareness of health and safety at work
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit is required
• You are willing to work shifts on a full-conti system
• You are a team player and reliable, particularly during malfunctions and changeovers
• You are flexible and ready to switch between different lines and areas of responsibility as required
• A crane operator’s licence would be an advantage
• A driving licence and your own car are an advantage
