• You will independently manage and control our machines and systems and ensure a smooth production process
• You will precisely set the machine parameters in accordance with QM regulations and document them reliably
• Set-up, set-up and run-in of the systems in close coordination with the work preparation department and implement them in a technically clean manner
• You actively participate in maintenance and repair work and support the team professionally
• You continuously monitor the ongoing production processes and machine functions and document them carefully

• You have completed training in a metal profession or have experience in a comparable position and are confident in your work
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and a precise way of working and you work reliably in two-shift operation
• You have a valid work permit and thus fulfil the formal requirements
• good oral German language skills are desirable and facilitate your daily communication
• you work independently in an environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes and use this structure effectively
