• You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery and production facilities
• You will oversee the monitoring and control of manufacturing processes
• In addition, you will be responsible for checking and ensuring product quality
• You will identify and rectify minor faults
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing tasks rounds off your role

• you have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of fasteners
• You are naturally confident in handling technical drawings and measuring equipment
• Your manual dexterity and enjoyment of hands-on work are assets
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You impress with your reliability, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
