Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

• Fixed monthly gross salary in accordance with the collective agreement: at least €3,168 (depending on skills and area of work) plus variable shift allowances (tax-efficient) and a personal performance bonus

• You will be responsible for operating the plant control system, e.g. via touchscreen, PC, MII, scanners and terminals
• You will be responsible for the casting and demoulding of components, as well as the pressing of blocks
• The operation and monitoring of various systems, such as crushing and silo systems, mixing and bagging units, hydraulic block presses and heat treatment systems
• In addition, you will be responsible for the dosing and mixing of raw materials, aggregates and refractory concrete
• You are responsible for set-up and cleaning tasks
• General forklift truck operations round off your role

• Ideally, you will have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), joiner/carpenter (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• A forklift licence would be an advantage
• You have already gained professional experience in an industrial company, ideally also in the field of refractory products
• Your profile includes a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work a three-shift system and occasionally at weekends
• You are known for your reliable approach to work
