• You will operate and monitor CNC-controlled milling and welding machines during the ongoing production process
• Before production begins, you will set up the machines in accordance with the production order and drawings
• You will clamp workpieces and components in place, load the machines and remove the finished parts
• You will continuously monitor the production process and take corrective action in the event of deviations or faults
• You check the finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality, using the standard measuring and testing equipment
• You carefully document production data, test results and any anomalies in accordance with company guidelines
• To ensure delivery deadlines are met, you plan your work steps in a structured manner and ensure production is completed on time
• You carry out simple maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines and keep your workstation clean and safe
• You consistently adhere to the guidelines on health and safety at work, accident prevention and quality assurance
• During shift handover, you pass on relevant information regarding the production status and any special circumstances to your colleagues

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-operation mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in operating CNC machines
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
