• You will be responsible for independently carrying out all complex set-up processes and adjustments to modern injection moulding machines in your assigned production area
• You will also be responsible for the professional execution of all tasks involved in the manufacture of high-quality plastic parts
• You will also actively support the team in carrying out regular quality checks and measurements during ongoing series production
• The maintenance and servicing of production equipment and moulds are also part of your regular daily duties during shift work
• Furthermore, you will accurately document all relevant procedures in accordance with specifications when packaging and labelling finished plastic components
• Finally, you will independently resolve minor faults on the processing machines and continuously optimise all ongoing production processes on site

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), Process Mechanic (m/f/d) or Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have some relevant work experience in the field of plastics processing and, ideally, in injection moulding
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth documentation
• Furthermore, you are fully willing to work in a two-shift system and consistently adopt a goal-oriented approach to your work
• Finally, you are a true team player with a high level of self-motivation, a commitment to quality and a very meticulous approach to your work
• For this position of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
