Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You set up computer-controlled laser welding and cutting systems and operate them during production
• You read technical design plans and drawings and translate them into specific machining steps
• You will monitor the manufacturing process and ensure the quality of the manufactured products
• You will check finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and build quality
• You will carry out the maintenance and regular servicing of the machines independently
• You resolve minor faults on the machinery and replace wear parts
• You set up materials and components for the machining process and reconfigure the machinery accordingly
• You will document relevant process and quality data as part of the production process
• You will work closely as part of a team with colleagues from Production and Quality Assurance

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience with CNC machines
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
