• You will be responsible for setting up, starting up and controlling the machinery (e.g. extrusion machines for plastic profiles)
• This involves monitoring the production process, quality control, troubleshooting and readjusting parameters
• You will also be responsible for changing tools and moulds (profile changes)
• You will carry out minor maintenance and repair work, e.g. lubricating, cleaning, troubleshooting and rectifying faults
• You will also be supported by technicians during major maintenance or in the event of faults
• You will be responsible for checking the plastic profiles for dimensional accuracy, surface finish and colour, as well as taking random samples, and, where necessary, carrying out simple measurements (e.g. with a calliper)
• you will also be responsible for documenting process parameters, production results and any faults that occur
• last but not least, you will ensure the removal and packaging of the finished profiles (e.g. on pallets or in boxes)

• You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in a technical profession
• you also have the ability to set up machines, control production parameters and resolve minor faults
• ideally, you also have experience in the plastics sector or in industry
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• Furthermore, you are willing to work shifts
• Attention to detail and adherence to production and safety regulations round off your profile
