• You will operate CNC-controlled grinding and turning machines to manufacture ceramic components for the medical technology sector
• You will grind ceramic parts in accordance with specifications, ensuring precise dimensions and clean surfaces
• You will prepare the necessary materials for the manufacturing process
• You will set up the machines in accordance with specifications and adjust machine parameters as required
• You will monitor the ongoing production process and the machinery, and intervene in the event of deviations or faults
• You will check the manufactured parts against drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-process mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in operating CNC-controlled lathes and grinding machines
• You can confidently adjust machine parameters and reliably monitor the manufacturing process
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
