• You will assist in controlling and optimising the flow of glass via the designated operator terminals, from the end of the cooling furnace to the stacked glass package
• You regularly check the quality of the glass against specified criteria and report any deviations
• You monitor and operate the production equipment and adjust it in accordance with specifications
• You stack the glass for further internal handling
• You will label the glass in accordance with the specifications
• You will assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the glass production facilities
• You will contribute to the analysis aimed at preventing production losses
• As a float operator (m/f/d), you will work flexibly at various stages of the production process

• You have successfully completed a minimum two-year apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) – Career changers (m/f/d) are very welcome
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift continuous operation
• You have a good understanding of technical matters
• You work reliably, accurately and responsibly
• You are a team player and communicate openly
