• You will be responsible for setting up, starting up and monitoring the filling and packaging lines
• You will be responsible for carrying out format changes and test runs, as well as ensuring that production runs smoothly
• You will be responsible for coordinating and providing technical guidance to the production staff (m/f/d)
• You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and production standards
• You will document the work carried out and production processes, as well as recording and reporting any non-conformities
• Supporting the optimisation of production processes and the resolution of faults rounds off your remit

• You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, you have several years’ professional experience in operating and managing machines and production plant, for example as a machine operator (m/f/d), with
• ideally, you already have professional experience in the sector or in a comparable industrial or production environment
• you are characterised by your knowledge of setting up, starting up and monitoring machines and production plant, as well as a good technical understanding
• you enjoy working as part of a team and are characterised by a high level of commitment, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• you work reliably and independently and have a high standard of quality and hygiene awareness
• A willingness to work a two-shift system (rotating shifts) as well as occasional night and Saturday work rounds off your profile
• Prerequisites for employment are valid work permits, a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a driving licence and the ability to travel
