• You will set up the production equipment assigned to you independently and commission it
• During ongoing production, you will operate and monitor the machines and equipment, and intervene in the event of faults or deviations
• In accordance with specifications, you will inspect the manufactured workpieces using appropriate measuring equipment, such as callipers or a micrometre
• Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will ensure that dimensions and tolerances are adhered to
• You carry out comprehensive quality checks on all manufactured products and components, actively supporting the team in this process
• You regularly clean, maintain and service the production machinery to ensure it runs reliably
• You replace tools and wear parts as required and adjust the machines accordingly
• You document all relevant test and production results accurately in accordance with the company’s applicable guidelines
• You monitor the flow of materials, supply the production lines with materials and proactively take remedial action in the event of any deviations
• In doing so, you consistently adhere to health and safety and quality regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

precision engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have already gained experience in this field
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
