• You set up the machines and equipment for the relevant production order and operate them during production
• Before and during production, you check that the machines are functioning correctly and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You will independently control and monitor the production process and intervene in good time in the event of any deviations
• When machining and processing metal parts, you will ensure dimensional accuracy and check the quality of the finished parts in accordance with specifications
• You load the machines with material and remove the finished workpieces
• You carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the machines independently
• You identify faults and sources of error at an early stage, rectify them where possible, or report them to the relevant departments
• You carefully document production and inspection data, whilst complying with work and safety regulations
• You ensure your workstation remains clean and tidy

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or cutting-machine operator (m/f/d)
• You have experience in metalworking
• You have technical understanding and manual dexterity
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) would be an advantage; a valid work permit is required
• You are characterised by a high level of quality awareness
