• You will set up presses, in particular aluminium cold extrusion presses, in accordance with specifications and production documentation
• Once set up, you will operate the presses and monitor the ongoing production process
• You will change over the machines during product changes and replace tools in a professional manner
• You will regularly check the operation of the machines and optimise settings and process parameters
• You identify faults at an early stage, rectify them where possible, or report them to the relevant departments
• You inspect and measure the produced parts using standard measuring equipment for final inspection

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in metalworking is desirable and will help you progress
• You have experience in setting up and operating presses, ideally in the field of cold extrusion
• You are proficient in the safe use of standard measuring equipment
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
