• You will operate production machinery independently and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly within the team
• You will monitor machine parameters with precision and actively apply your technical knowledge to all adjustment tasks
• You will regularly inspect the manufactured parts, report any deviations or faults to the team immediately, and contribute to consistent quality
• When challenges arise, you will support your colleagues, adopt a solution-oriented approach and thereby strengthen the team’s performance
• You take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the machines – naturally, always in accordance with the applicable safety regulations
• You play an active role in process optimisation and are open to new ideas and continuous improvements in day-to-day production

• Ideally, you will have completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), plant maintenance engineer (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• At least two years’ professional experience in assembly or on production lines is an advantage and will enrich your day-to-day work
• Manual dexterity and a reliable approach to work will make you a valuable team member within the company
• You will have a driving licence and your own car, which will make your commute to work considerably easier
• Your willingness to work rotating shifts enables flexible deployment across different production areas
• For this position of responsibility, you will also need a valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany
