• At your machine workstation, you ensure that the customer order is produced
• You set up the machine and load it with materials
• You start the production process and monitor it continuously
• You take sole responsibility for quality assurance and documentation
• You collect materials and pass them on to the next workstation
• You coordinate order processing with the team leader and production planning

• You have completed technical training, e.g. as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d), plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with technical knowledge
• ideally, you can programme and design using CAD and CAM, though this is not a requirement
• You communicate very well in German
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• You hold a valid work permit
• You work reliably and conscientiously in your day-to-day role
• You respond flexibly to changing requirements
