• You set up folding carton, laminating or labelling machines and prepare them for production
• You adjust the gluing systems – for example, hot-melt or cold-glue nozzles – to suit the respective product
• During the production process, you continuously monitor the adhesive bonds for strength and cleanliness
• You carry out regular spot checks for quality control whilst production is underway
• You clean the adhesive application systems and ensure they are properly maintained during operation
• You identify and rectify minor faults on the equipment independently

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d), packaging equipment mechanic (m/f/d) or print processing media technologist (m/f/d); alternatively, you have comparable professional experience in this field
• a technical understanding of setting up and adjusting machinery is a strong point in your favour
• You are characterised by your manual dexterity in the maintenance and upkeep of adhesive application systems
• Working meticulously and accurately is second nature to you when it comes to quality control
• You work independently and responsibly
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You must be willing to work shifts in a 3-shift system
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
