• You will set up production machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications, configure them and adjust them carefully
• You will also operate the equipment professionally and monitor the entire production process
• You will identify minor faults, rectify them within the specified parameters and take the necessary action in the event of process deviations
• You will also clean and lubricate the equipment regularly and carry out simple maintenance tasks to minimise wear and tear
• You carry out visual and dimensional checks on the manufactured products and reliably document the results
• In addition, you prepare the required raw materials, consumables and packaging materials

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable technical or vocational qualification
• Initial professional experience in industrial production or manufacturing would be an advantage
• Manual dexterity and good spatial awareness will help you when setting up and repairing machinery
• You also have a good command of written and spoken German
• A willingness to work shifts, often on early, late and night shifts, is a given for you
• You work with precision, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are a team player and collaborate smoothly with colleagues from production and shift management
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
