• You set up, reconfigure and commission production equipment
• You operate printing and paper finishing machinery and control their processes
• You monitor the ongoing production process and ensure that production runs smoothly
• You check product quality during production
• You carry out maintenance work and simple servicing tasks on the production equipment independently
• You resolve minor faults immediately and escalate technical issues to the relevant specialist departments
• You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with work and safety standards

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in print finishing or paper processing
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of spoken German
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit completes your profile
