• Before production begins, you will check the order documents and prepare the necessary materials
• You will then set up the machinery – such as lathes, drilling machines, saws or milling machines – load them, commission them and operate them
• Assembling components is also part of your role
• You monitor the production processes, including quality, and take corrective action in the event of quality deviations or disruptions to the production flow
• You will also carry out regular maintenance on the machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• You will top up oils, coolants and lubricants, and replace wear parts such as seals, filters or hoses
• Setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling and turning machines is also part of your role
• You create and edit CNC programmes directly on the machine

• You have completed training as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You possess technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You are characterised by a high level of focus and concentration
• A high degree of diligence, precision and reliability, as well as the ability to work in a team and a willingness to learn, round off your profile
