• You will operate and monitor presses during the production process
• In accordance with instructions, you will set up the machines and equipment and adjust them for production
• You load the equipment with materials and remove the finished parts
• As part of the worker’s self-inspection, you check the quality of the components and document the results
• You identify deviations and anomalies in the process at an early stage and report them to the relevant departments
• Following successful induction, you rectify any faults that arise on the machines and equipment
• You will keep your workstation clean and tidy and observe health and safety regulations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

process mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you are also very welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with many years’ experience in press operation
• Ideally, you will have experience in operating presses
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• You demonstrate a willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
