• You maintain, service, inspect, repair and overhaul plant and equipment in response to fault reports and maintenance schedules
• You analyse faults and malfunctions in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems using diagnostic systems
• You determine the nature, scope and proposed solutions for rectifying faults based on economic considerations and implement them
• You carry out repairs, extensions and modifications, document them and brief machine operators
• You manufacture spare parts and additional equipment in accordance with drawings, sketches or instructions
• You propose measures for cost-effective maintenance and the adaptation of maintenance standards
• You arrange for the procurement and replacement of parts based on your own assessment
• You carry out plant upkeep, maintenance and cleaning work in accordance with maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal use of the plant
• You highlight necessary changes to drawings and documentation and adapt them as required

• You have completed at least a 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the maintenance of production plant
• You possess in-depth specialist knowledge in the fields of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You are willing to work shifts (2-shift system) and to undertake further training
• Working independently, in a structured and reliable manner is one of your strengths
• The ability to work as part of a team, a confident manner and a high degree of initiative come naturally to you
